Kailah Murphy is a board-certified specialist in sports dietetics, credentialed through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She draws on extensive experience supporting athletes, high performers and people managing real-world health challenges, with a practical approach that improves energy, recovery and lasting health.
Education
Kailah holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nutrition Science from Boston University. She completed her training at Good Samaritan Medical Center, UMass Health Alliance and the Walden GOALS Program, an eating disorder treatment program for competitive athletes.
Professional experience
Most recently, Kailah served as Director of Football Nutrition at Boston College, leading the program’s nutrition strategy alongside athletic trainers, strength coaches and medical staff. Previously, she was Associate Director of Olympic Sports Nutrition at the University of Virginia, and Lead Dietitian at the Walden GOALS Program.
She also practices as a sports dietitian at Fuel Forward, a private practice helping adolescent and adult athletes through individualized nutrition coaching.
