You · 6:52 AMSlept badly and my resting HR is up 8 bpm. Still do intervals today?
Barry · Exercise physiologistSwap intervals for an easy 30-min zone 2 ride. We’ll move intervals to Friday.
Kailah · DietitianAdd a carb at dinner tonight. It often helps sleep after hard training days.
Dr. Batra · PhysicianIf it stays elevated three more days, send me your readings.

EXAMPLE CONVERSATION

Your first 60 days

Step by step

Timing varies with lab and visit availability.

  1. Day 1

    Join and meet our founder

Complete your intake, schedule your visits, and have a welcome call with our founder. Your care coordinator handles the scheduling.

  2. Week 1

    Meet your care team

One-on-one visits with your physician, dietitian and exercise physiologist so they get to know you: your history, goals and preferences. We usually suggest seeing your physician first to get labs started.

  3. Week 1–2

    Labs and diagnostics

One blood draw at home or at a lab nearby for 100+ biomarkers, plus any advanced diagnostics you want up front. You can always add more later.

  4. Week 2–3

    Results land in your app

AI organizes every result by body system, flags what’s out of range, and compares against your past draws.

  5. Week 3–4

    Your personalized plan

Your team comes together to build one plan across medicine, nutrition, training and supplements. It lands in your app, and your team walks you through it.

  6. Ongoing

    Keep the plan moving

Meet with each member of your team as often as you’d like to adjust the plan and stay on track toward your goals. Between visits, your whole team is a secure message away, 24/7.

Questions

Before you start

Is everything virtual?

Visits happen by video. Blood draws happen at home or at a lab near you. Some advanced diagnostics, like imaging, happen at a partner facility.

How fast will I hear back when I message?

Your whole team is reachable 24/7 by secure message. Your dietitian and exercise physiologist can help with questions and guidance any time, and your physician is available after hours and on weekends for clinical concerns. They also check in between visits, so you’re not always the one reaching out.

Do I keep my regular doctor?

You can. Many members keep their primary care physician and insurance for things like urgent care and specialists. MEDgevity focuses on prevention and long-term health.

Do you take insurance?

No. Membership is a flat fee with no copays. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
