Noelle Citarella is a registered dietitian nutritionist and Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner with more than eight years of experience in personalized nutrition and lifestyle medicine. She translates complex nutrition science and lab data into practical strategies that improve health, support healthy aging and extend healthspan.
Education
Noelle holds a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University at Buffalo, where her research examined how dietary changes affect symptoms and biomarkers in people with multiple sclerosis. She is also the author of The Multiple Sclerosis Diet Plan and Cookbook.
