Men’s health

Energy, strength and drive, measured and managed.

Low energy and slower recovery aren’t just age. Hormones, sleep, metabolic health and training all play a part. We test all of them and treat what we find.

Questions

Common questions

Do you prescribe testosterone?

When labs and symptoms support it, your physician can discuss testosterone therapy, prescribe it and monitor it with follow-up labs.

What else can cause low testosterone?

Poor sleep, sleep apnea, excess body fat, heavy alcohol use, some medications (like opioids and steroids), and overtraining or undereating can all lower testosterone. Less often, a pituitary or thyroid issue is the cause. Levels also vary through the day, so testosterone is checked in the morning and confirmed with a repeat test. Your physician looks at all of this before recommending treatment.

Is PSA included?

PSA can be part of your lab panel. Your physician will talk through screening that fits your age and history.
