To help your MEDgevity dietitian understand your eating habits and preferences, you may be asked to log your meals for a few days.
Book a visit with any member of your MEDgevity care team, including your physician, registered dietitian, or exercise physiologist. Once scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your virtual visit link.
If you have questions, we’re here to answer them.
Your virtual visit link will be included in your confirmation email and in the reminder emails sent 24 hours and 1 hour before your appointment.

You can securely upload documents here, or simply text a photo or PDF to us at 954-420-1145. We’ll make sure your care team receives and reviews the information as part of your medical record.
