Have a medical question, need to share your food diary, or want to ask about your exercise plan? You can text or call us at any time, and we’ll make sure your message gets routed directly to the right member of your care team—whether it’s your physician, registered dietitian, or exercise physiologist.

Scheduling Appointments

Use this link to book a visit with any member of your MEDgevity care team — including your physician, registered dietitian, or exercise physiologist.

Once scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your virtual visit link and the option to add the appointment to your calendar (which we highly recommend for convenience!).

You’ll also get automated reminders via email and text 24 hours and 1 hour before your appointment. Your email reminders will include the visit link for easy access.

Need to cancel or reschedule? Text or call us at 954-420-1145 at any time and we’ll be happy to help.

Sharing Prior Records

Your MEDgevity care team is happy to review any prior records that may help inform your personalized care plan — including past diagnoses, lab results, genetic testing, DEXA scans, and more.

You can securely share these documents in one of two ways:

  • Upload Online: Click here to securely upload your records through our encrypted form.

  • Text Us: You can also text photos or PDFs of your records to our secure line at 954-420-1145.
